The Rochester Gluten Free Health & Wellness Expo is Upstate New York’s premiere wellness fair curated specifically for the gluten free and celiac community by Calvin Eaton, The Gluten Free Chef. The 2017 expo will feature more of the holistic health and wellness brands, products, and businesses that the gluten free chef has come to love and use in his everyday life as a person living with celiac disease and auto immune illness.
